Job Description

HR Generalist

  • On Boarding and Off Boarding
  • Employee Orientation
  • Maintain and monitor employee database
  • Set-up a HRIS (BambooHR) for 2-way communication and self-service of personal data management.
  • Regularly update HRIS and manage employee information communication
  • Stay up-to-date of the HR practices and ensure compliance in labor laws and regulations
  • Ensure all policies and processes are followed
  • Manage the following policies and programs;
    • Personal Development Allowance
    • Business Travel
    • Team Entertainment
    • Overtime Guidelines
  • Support and participate recruitment initiatives
  • Oversee Payroll Process by local office managers and ensure Payroll, tax, insurance and social contributions for employees etc and done in compliance with the respective local laws
  • Based on the new joiners / leavers,update the organization chart of the local office and each regional teams
  • Host and run monthly Health and Safety Committee working with a company doctor
  • Run Stress Check
  • Arrange annual health check for all employee
  • VISA arrangements
  • Other statutory HR tasks
  • Conducted Haken/staffing training (Preferable)
  • Conducted Recruiting Service training (Preferable)

スタンド・アローンポジションですが、カントリーマネージャーと連携し幅広くオフィス運営に携わって頂くポジションです。
職場環境は外国籍従業員(日本語が話せる方が多いのでご安心ください)が多く、インターナショナルな雰囲気です。
フリードリンク・フリースナックスペースも設けており、麻布台の大使館の多いビルでのご就業環境です。
有給休暇は初年度13日付与、平日9:00-18:00ですがワークライフバランス重視のためフレックス制導入しており、働きやすい職場環境を整備しております。
