理美容／エステ／ネイル／アイラッシュといったビューティサロンを対象としたＭ＆Ａや事業譲渡のマネージャー候補として、実務および事業戦略やチームビルティングなども含めてご担当いただきます。
現在は不動産事業の延長で少しだけおこなっておりますが、今後はサロン向けM＆A事業を大きくグロースさせ、第二の事業軸としたいと考えております。
・M&Aに関する一連の業務（案件開拓／相談受付／提案／企業評価／マッチング／契約書案作成／条件調整／クロージング等）
