About Us
ZenGroup was established in 2014 with the mission to create a seamless e-commerce platform for international customers to shop from a wide variety of Japanese online stores. Did you know that less than 5% of the world's e-commerce sales come from Japan? We are on a mission to increase Japan's e-commerce sales to at least 20%.
Based in Osaka, we currently have over 130 employees working in our head office. We take pride in our diverse team, with 70% of our employees hailing from countries outside Japan.
With over 2 million users registered from around the world, we offer our services in Japanese, English, Spanish, French, Chinese (both simplified and traditional), Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Arabic, and 19 other languages. We are making significant strides toward turning our mission into reality.
