Since our founding, we at M&A Capital Partners have consistently provided M&A advisory services, primarily to owner-managers of small and midsize companies needing successors. There are still many owner-managers who, through our proposal, are discovering for the first time that M&A can be a viable option for business succession and that M&A has various advantages compared to other options.

We listed our stock on the Mothers Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 2013 and moved our listing to the First Section, currently the Prime Market, of the same stock exchange in 2014. However, our services need to be well known, and we are keenly aware that we must put more effort into increasing our recognition.
