Our consultants and researchers make up the heart of Aurora. We currently have persons from nine different countries with different backgrounds. The majority are located in Tokyo, Japan.
In the projects our Financial Consulting team takes on leading and senior roles depending on the needs and preferences of our clients.
In addition, our Quantitative Research team provides professional expertise in development of algorithms, tooling, and system development.
Our employees typically comes from an engineering degree with a transition into finance, and where several have master’s or doctoral degrees from top Japanese universities such as Tokyo University, Osaka University, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Sendai University, and Keio University.
Together we bring experience from roles in major exchanges, clearing houses, banks and financial technology providers across the globe.
