We will use our strong relations with various investment funds and professional firms across Asia that we have built so far, and we will support “amalgamation” of Japanese companies and excellent companies from China and ASEAN.

In order to fulfill our responsibilities to the clients, apart from M&A advisory services, we have adopted the structure that allows us to offer seamless services including the financial due diligence required for understanding the risks involved in the transaction, and operational process improvement and business plan creation support for the company where investment is made. Instead on individual transactions, I would like ourselves to commit to the long-term growth of the client.
