Although Tokyo is one of the world’s leading megacities, it surprisingly has few foods that are recognized as true local specialties. Motivated by our desire to share authentic and delicious monjayaki as a signature dish of Tokyo, we founded our company in 2015.
Today, we operate more than 70 locations across Japan and overseas.
Meals enjoyed in extraordinary settings—such as while traveling—often become lasting memories. As such a unique and memorable dining experience, we aim to introduce monjayaki, one of Tokyo’s few local specialties, to people throughout Japan and around the world.
