Introduction

In an ever-globalizing Japanese society, now more than ever there is a growing demand for internationally-minded people in the workplace. Born in 1963. Graduating from the University of Tokyo, worked for Salomon Brothers Asia Ltd. and Goldman Sachs, where he became the youngest ever general partner. Co-established Monex Inc. in 1999 with Sony Corporation. Founded Monex Beans Holdings, Inc. in 2004 and is currently CEO of the company.

Representative Director & Chairman, Korn/Ferry International in Tokyo

Representative Director & Chairman, Korn/Ferry International in Tokyo. Graduated from Seisen University. Earning MA in Education from Harvard University, served as a Japanese-language teacher for the school. After receiving an MBA from Harvard University, joined the leading global recruiting firm Korn Ferry International in 1991 where she is today. Also serves as an Independent Director in Sony Corporation and Benesse Corporation. Widely renowned as a writer/speaker in career development.
