Born in 1963. Graduating from the University of Tokyo, worked for Salomon Brothers Asia Ltd. and Goldman Sachs, where he became the youngest ever general partner. Co-established Monex Inc. in 1999 with Sony Corporation. Founded Monex Beans Holdings, Inc. in 2004 and is currently CEO of the company.
Ms. Sakie Tachibana Fukushima
Representative Director & Chairman, Korn/Ferry International in Tokyo
Representative Director & Chairman, Korn/Ferry International in Tokyo. Graduated from Seisen University. Earning MA in Education from Harvard University, served as a Japanese-language teacher for the school. After receiving an MBA from Harvard University, joined the leading global recruiting firm Korn Ferry International in 1991 where she is today. Also serves as an Independent Director in Sony Corporation and Benesse Corporation. Widely renowned as a writer/speaker in career development.

Editor in Chief, Newsweek Japan
Born in 1964. After graduating from Keio University, reported on the ground for an American Football magazine. In 1993, started working for the editorial desk at Newsweek Japan, and has served as Editor in Chief since 2001. Currently serves as a commentator for a TV news show.
