Please note that all emails and postings that were not functioning correctly since 3:00 PM on February 7th are now being processed and displayed as normal.

■ Cause of the Issue
The issue was caused by a partial shutdown of the system's internal instruction program, which also disabled incident alert notifications. This led to a delay in detecting the problem and consequently prolonged the restoration process.
■ Measures for Prevention of Recurrence
We will review and enhance our incident alert notification system to ensure faster detection and response to similar issues in the future.
