Our client specializes in Electronics component manufacturing business

Position:     MGR II QUALITY (CH/JP speaking)
Salary:        150,000 - 180,000 THB
Location:    Gateway Industrial, Chachoengsao

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Approving department projects including the creation project deliverables. Reviewing project stage gates and proposals.

• Developing strategy roadmap, setting and tracking KPI metrics and cascading it down to the team; planning all resources (budget responsibilities, headcount) and schedules for functional and quality performance work.

• Leading, mentoring and developing mid to large scale teams to promote quality awareness and implement quality programs and initiatives.

• Managing and cascading staffing development and performance management programs for you and all quality staff; maintaining constructive relationships with all departments and external stakeholders; handling escalations at the Manager level and continuing escalation process if needed.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.

• Minimum 8 years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Automotive, Electronics, or Semiconductor industries.

• At least 5 years of people leadership experience, managing and developing quality teams.

• Extensive experience in the automotive industry with a strong understanding of customer and quality requirements.

• Hands-on experience in molding, stamping, injection molding, or mechanical component manufacturing is highly preferred.

• Strong expertise in IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA).

• Proven experience leading, implementing, and continuously improving Quality Management Systems (QMS).

• Solid experience handling customer complaints, quality audits, non-conformance management, and corrective/preventive actions.

• Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and problem-solving tools, including Six Sigma, CAPA, 8D, DOE, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.

• Proven track record of driving Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Ability to lead quality culture transformation and drive operational excellence across the organization.

• Good command of English with the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

• Chinese or Japanese language proficiency is highly preferred. Open to expatriate candidates.
