Job description: 

-Provide Comprehensive corporate legal advice to leadership including guidance on corporate governance, entity structuring, joint ventures and general corporate risk management. 

- Draft, review, and negotiate aboard range of legal documentation.

-  Advise internal stakeholders and regional business unit and legal matters relating to day-to-day operation. 

- Partners closely with business unit or legal and compliance matters, providing constructive challenge on the commercial and legal viability of proposed corporate and commercial transactions.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in law and legal, and qualification in Practical law, and strong knowledge in English Common Law Principles, framework and jurisprudence

- 3-5 years experience in Private practice or an inhouse legal team with expertise in Maritime, Corporate and Compliance or related practice areas.

- Strong foundation in general corporate advisory with proven experience managing in corporate governance and resolving complex corporate legal issues.
