OVERVIEW
Our client is Japanese Company, now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as IP Lawyer (Workplace around BTS Pleonchit, Bangkok)

Position:         IP Lawyer

Location:        BTS Pleon Chit, Bangkok

Business:        Law and Legal firm

Working hour: Monday – Friday, 9.00 AM – 18.00 PM 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• Oversee and manage all aspects of trademark prosecution matters in Thailand, including portfolio management, filing strategies, examination responses, appeals, oppositions, cancellations, conflict resolution, and related proceedings.

• Provide legal counsel on trademarks, copyrights, intellectual property (IP), information technology (IT), and related regulatory matters.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a broad range of IP and IT agreements, including licensing, assignment, franchising, and other commercial contracts.

• Guide clients on trademark and copyright protection strategies, enforcement actions, and risk mitigation measures.

• Collaborate closely with the litigation team on IP disputes, supporting matters from pre-trial preparation through trial and appellate proceedings.

• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions on related areas of law, including advertising, competition and antitrust, data privacy, digital regulations, and other emerging legal issues.

• Undertake additional assignments and responsibilities as required by the firm.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

• The salary range around  40,000 – 80,000 THB

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Intellectual Property law, preferably gained within a law firm environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently while working effectively within a collaborative team environment.

• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to develop new skills and take on broader responsibilities.

• Ability to communicate in English with foreign.

• Having TOEIC score to guarantee English skill will be advantage 

• Able to use computer literacy in MS Office, Excel.

• Able to travel to work around BTS Pleon Chit, Bangkok.
