Hiring Position: Design Engineer (Automotive)
Location: Laem Chabang, Chonburi
Working Days: Monday - Friday and Saturdays according to the company calendar.
Salary: THB 35,000 - 40,000

• Design and develop leaf spring components and products for automotive and industrial applications.

• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to improve product design, manufacturing efficiency, and product quality.

• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers regarding product development, evaluation, technical issues, and quality-related matters.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot engineering issues related to existing products and production processes.

• Work closely with the Japanese engineering team, sharing technical knowledge, coordinating development activities, and supporting project implementation.

• Participate in product improvement and cost reduction initiatives to enhance product performance, quality, and competitiveness.

• Prepare and review technical documentation, engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.

• Report project progress and technical updates directly to the Engineering Manager.

• Male or Female, age 25 years or above.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Experience in product design, engineering development, or automotive components design.

• Proficient in CAD software such as CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of materials engineering, fatigue analysis, and vibration systems.

• Ability to read, interpret, and create engineering drawings and technical specifications.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is preferred.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas teams, customers, and suppliers.

• Previous experience as a Design Engineer or Technical Engineer is preferred.

• Experience in automotive suspension systems, particularly leaf spring products.

• Familiarity with product validation, testing procedures, and engineering change management (ECN/ECR).

• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and manufacturing processes, such as IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plan.

• Experience working in a multicultural environment and collaborating with international engineering teams.
