We are seeking a motivated and analytical Consultant (Business Consulting) - Japanese Speaker to join a leading consulting firm in Bangkok. • Conduct in-depth research, analysis, and develop recommendations based on information gathered from published literature, databases, market reports, and online resources.

• Support business strategy and consulting projects by identifying key insights and translating findings into actionable recommendations.

• Arrange and conduct interviews with subject matter experts, clients, and external stakeholders to gather relevant business information.

• Prepare consulting deliverables, reports, and presentation materials for clients and internal project teams.

• Participate in internal and client meetings, workshops, and conferences, while documenting key discussion points and meeting minutes.

• Collaborate closely with Project Leaders and Project Managers to ensure project milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule.

• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to support strategic decision-making.

• Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders when required.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, International Business, or related fields.

• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2 level or above preferred) with the ability to communicate effectively in a business environment.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in consulting, business analysis, research analysis, strategic planning, or related fields.

• Fresh candidates or individuals without direct consulting experience but with strong analytical skills are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in business strategy, market research, corporate planning, or management consulting projects is highly advantageous.

• Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other business productivity tools.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience working in a consulting firm, research organization, or corporate strategy function.

• Knowledge of Japanese business culture and experience working with Japanese clients.

• Strong data analysis and business report writing skills.

• Experience supporting cross-border or regional projects would be an advantage.
