Supply Planner

- Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize planning and operational processes across multiple sites.
- Support and drive business system implementation and continuous improvement projects.
- Collaborate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to facilitate alignment and process improvements.
- Promote process standardization and the adoption of best practices across the organization.
- Provide operational support and coordinate projects across different business units and locations.
- Gather business requirements, conduct testing activities, and support end-user training for new tools and processes.
- Contribute to large-scale business transformation initiatives and support organizational change efforts.
