Job Title:                       Mold Leader / Engineer

Location:                       Ayutthaya (Industrial area)

Job Type:                       Full-time, Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 17:00 with 1 Saturday/month

• Handle mold finishing, polishing, and fitting. 
• Inspect mold component to ensure the quality and standards are met. 
• Conduct mold maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting. 
• Support mold assembly and production launch preparation. 
• Coordinate with production and engineering team to ensure smooth operation and on time delivery. 
• Able to supervise junior team members of around 20 operators and technicians. 
• Other tasks as assigned. 

• Minimum Vocational degree in any field. 
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in mold finishing / mold maintenance / mold assembly / mold machining or related function. 
• Ability to reach and understand technical drawing.
• Experience in metal stamping, die-casting, plastic injection molding, or precision tooling will be an advantage. 
• Background in automotive parts manufacturing will be an advantage. 
• Leading or supervising production or technical teams will be an advantage.
