Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a sales team to achieve business targets.
- Supervise and coordinate both Sales and Engineering teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese clients, providing professional support and business development activities.
- Work closely with internal departments to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, guidance, and support to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare sales strategies, forecasts, and reports for management.

Requirements:
-Business-level Japanese communication skills (JLPT N1 or N2).
-Proven experience in Sales Management and team leadership.
-Experience handling Japanese customers independently.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Manufacturing industry experience would be an advantage.
