Retail Manager
Main Purpose
The Retail Manager is responsible for driving the performance and long-term development of the Japan retail network, ensuring the achievement of both sales and qualitative objectives. The role oversees retail boutique operations, client development, commercial planning, and team management while acting as a key ambassador for the brand in the Japanese market.

■ Required competencies
3-5 years retail manager experience in Retail industry. Luxury brand experience preferable.
Deep understanding of retail business and fashion and department store industries.
