A global asset management firm is seeking a talented and motivated Credit Investment Analyst to join its dedicated credit investment team in Tokyo.

This opportunity is ideal for early-career finance professionals with approximately 1-4 years of experience who possess strong financial modeling and financial analysis skills and are interested in developing a career in buy-side investment management.

Previous credit investment experience is not essential. This is a particularly attractive opportunity for professionals looking to transition from sell-side finance to buy-side asset management.

• Conduct financial modeling and financial statement analysis to evaluate potential credit investment opportunities.
• Analyze Credit Opportunities across multiple credit investment strategies.
• Support investment analysis covering Direct Lending, Investment Grade Credit, High Yield Bonds, CLOs, and Infrastructure Debt.
• Review company financial performance, financial statements, and relevant credit information to support investment evaluations.
• Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial characteristics of potential investments.
• Support the identification and assessment of credit investment opportunities.
• Prepare financial analyses and investment-related materials for internal discussions.
• Collaborate closely with senior investment professionals within a specialized credit investment team.
• Contribute analytical insights to the team's investment evaluation and decision-making processes.
• Work independently on assigned financial analysis and modeling tasks while coordinating with other investment team members.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 金融業界にて１－４年程の社会人経験。大卒以上。
• Financial Modellingや財務分析に携わったご経験ある方。クレジットではなくても可。
• 流暢な英語力および日本語力。

• 高いコミュニケーション能力。
• モデリングのスキル

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Approximately 1-4 years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Practical experience in financial modeling and financial statement analysis.
• Strong understanding of fundamental financial analysis concepts.
• Previous experience specifically in credit investment is not required.
• Interest in developing a career in credit investing, asset management, and buy-side investment analysis.

• Strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
