We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and oversee delivery operations for automotive OEM customers. This role is primarily focused on team leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring stable delivery performance across the supply chain. The successful candidate will serve as the key point of escalation for delivery-related matters while driving collaboration across internal and external stakeholders to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Delivery team, including two direct reports, providing guidance, coaching, and performance oversight.
Oversee end-to-end delivery operations for automotive OEM customers, ensuring on-time delivery and supply continuity.
Act as the primary escalation point for delivery, supply, and logistics-related challenges, coordinating with manufacturing plants, headquarters, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to achieve timely resolution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support smooth operations and high service levels.
Drive effective cross-functional communication between Sales, Production, Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and other relevant departments.
Monitor delivery performance, track key KPIs, identify potential risks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery processes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Provide strategic oversight and team leadership, with a greater focus on management and coordination rather than hands-on operational execution.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in the automotive manufacturing industry, preferably with direct exposure to OEM customers.
Solid background in Delivery Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service, or related operational functions.
Experience working with Tier 1 automotive suppliers is highly preferred; candidates from Tier 2 suppliers with direct business exposure to Tier 1 suppliers or OEM customers are also welcome.
- Business-level English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with overseas customers, regional offices, and ASEAN branches.
Proven track record of leading and developing teams, with strong people management and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate across functions, and perform effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
