業務内容
- 工場内にて、専用工具・設備を使用した特殊機械製品のオーバーホール、点検、保守、修理業務
- 顧客設備の停止期間や船舶のドック入り期間中における現地での保守・メンテナンス業務
- 協力会社や現地技術者に対する技術指導、監督およびサポート
- 設備不具合の調査、トラブルシューティングおよび改善提案
- 関係機関やステークホルダーとの認証・承認取得に関するサポート業務
- 作業場の設備・機器管理を行い、安全かつ効率的な運営を維持
- 製品出荷に伴う物流・配送手配および関連業務の調整
- 海外エンジニアリングチームと連携し、製品やサービスに関する技術的な打ち合わせへ参加
- 海外本社での技術研修を受講し、習得した知識を日本国内の顧客サポート業務に活用する

Job Description
- Perform overhaul, inspection, maintenance, and repair work on specialized mechanical equipment using dedicated tools and equipment in the workshop.
- Conduct on-site maintenance activities during customer shutdowns and vessel dry-docking periods.
- Provide technical supervision, guidance, and support to subcontractors and local technicians.
- Investigate equipment issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and recommend corrective actions.
- Support certification and approval processes with relevant external organizations and stakeholders.
- Manage workshop equipment and facilities to maintain safe and efficient operations.
- Coordinate product shipping, logistics, and related operational activities.
- Collaborate with overseas engineering teams and participate in technical discussions regarding products and service activities.
- Complete technical training at the company's overseas headquarters and apply acquired knowledge to customer support activities throughout Japan.

必須要件
- 機械系サービスエンジニア、またはそれに準ずる保守・メンテナンス業務を中心としたエンジニア経験
- 大型工具、吊り上げ装置、クレーンなどの設備や機器を使用した実務経験
- 顧客対応の経験
- 日本語ネイティブレベル（読み書き・会話）
- 海外エンジニアリングチームとのコミュニケーションが可能な日常会話レベルの英語力
- 顧客サポートおよびメンテナンス対応のため、定期的な国内出張が可能な方

Required
- Experience as a Mechanical Service Engineer or in a similar maintenance-focused engineering role.
- Hands-on experience using large tools, lifting equipment, cranes, or comparable maintenance equipment.
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Native-level Japanese communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Daily conversational English skills sufficient for communication with overseas engineering teams.
- Ability to travel domestically on a regular basis for customer support and maintenance activities.

Preferred
- Forklift Operator License.
- Slinging / Rigging Certification.
- Experience in the marine industry.
