大手ITグループにて、社内のAI活用成功事例をもとにした研修コンテンツの企画・制作およびPMサポートをご担当いただきます。生成AIツール（LLM）を活用しながら日英両言語でのコンテンツライティングや各種プロジェクト管理を行い、全社的なAI活用促進を後押しするポジティブでやりがいのあるお仕事です。

• 社内事業部から提出されたAI活用事例を分析し研修に適した事例を選定します。
• 実際のビジネスシナリオをもとに分かりやすい研修カリキュラムやコンテンツを作成します。
• 生成AI（LLM）を活用して日本語および英語でのテキスト作成・編集・ブラッシュアップを行います。
• プロデューサーやデザイナーと連携し質の高い学習教材を共同制作します。
• 会議のファシリテーション、議事録作成、およびアクションアイテムの進捗管理を行います。
• 組織運営に関わる各種プロジェクトや大型会議の実行サポートを推進します。

Join a leading global IT and technology group in Tokyo as an AI Learning Content Specialist, supporting company-wide adoption of generative AI through engaging employee learning and development programs.

In this role, you will transform successful internal AI use cases into practical AI training content and learning materials for employees. Using generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) tools, you will create and refine content in both Japanese and English while supporting project planning and delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine Generative AI, Learning & Development (L&D), content creation, and project management while contributing directly to AI adoption within a large international organization.

• Analyze internal AI use cases and business success stories and select relevant examples for employee training programs.
• Develop clear and engaging training curricula and learning content based on real-world business scenarios.
• Use Generative AI and LLM tools to draft, edit, and enhance content in both Japanese and English.
• Collaborate with producers and designers to develop high-quality learning and training materials.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and manage action items through completion.
• Support project planning and management, including roadmap development and WBS tracking.
• Coordinate organizational projects and support the successful delivery of large-scale meetings and initiatives.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• 日本語ネイティブレベルかつ英語ビジネスレベル（TOEIC800点以上目安）の語学力を有すること。
• LLMなどの生成AIツールを日常的に実務で活用した経験があること。
• ロードマップ作成やWBS展開を含むプロジェクト管理・計画立案の経験があること。
• 多国籍なメンバーが在籍するグローバルな組織での実務経験があること。

• 優先順位の変更に迅速かつ柔軟に対応できるオペレーショナル・アジリティを備えていること。
• 自発的にタスクを推進し関係者を巻き込みながらプロジェクトを完遂できる主体性があること。
• 日々の業務において細部まで行き届いた正確性と細やかなコミュニケーションができること。

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience using Generative AI tools such as LLMs in a professional environment.
• Experience in project management and planning, including roadmap development and WBS creation or management.
• Professional experience working in a global organization with multinational teams.
• Bachelor's degree.

• Strong operational agility with the ability to respond quickly and flexibly to changing priorities.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to drive tasks and projects independently.
• Ability to engage relevant stakeholders and maintain momentum through project completion.

• Foundational knowledge of AI concepts and enterprise applications of Generative AI.
• Experience designing professional or corporate learning and development content.
• Experience developing learning narratives, training structures, or educational storylines.
• Stakeholder management experience, including requirements gathering and expectation management with internal business teams.
• Experience combining L&D, AI content development, and project management in a corporate environment.
