Job Responsibilities
Design, implement, and support optical transport network solutions across backbone and metropolitan environments.
Conduct installation, system integration, migration activities, and service activation for transmission network equipment.
Monitor network stability, analyze performance indicators, and drive continuous service improvements.
Investigate technical incidents, identify underlying causes, and coordinate corrective actions with customers and internal teams.
Assist in network expansion and upgrade projects to accommodate increasing traffic and business requirements.
Prepare technical documentation, network records, maintenance reports, and operational guidelines.
Work closely with network, access, and service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and project execution.


Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, Network Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Practical experience working with optical transport or transmission network technologies.
Good knowledge of fiber-optic communication systems, transport architecture, and network optimization concepts.
Familiar with transmission management or network operation platforms.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in a telecom or network operations environment.
Able to communicate effectively in English for technical discussions and project coordination.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working under tight project deadlines.
Open to business travel when required.
