Job Description - 

Utility Operations & Gas Distribution Management
Gas & Compressed Air Systems: Manage high-capacity Screw Air Compressors and Air Dryers ensuring stable pneumatic pressure for plasma cutting and tools. Maintain central gas manifolds and distribution pipelines for shielding gases (Argon, CO₂, Oxygen, Acetylene).
Power Utilities: Manage operations of high-capacity DG Sets (for power backup during critical welding runs), HT/LT electrical panels, and transformers.
Cooling Utilities: Maintain water chillers and cooling towers dedicated to cooling heavy welding transformers and plasma torch heads. 

Preventive Maintenance & Statutory Compliance
PM Scheduling: Design and execute rigid Preventive Maintenance (PM) calendars to prevent structural or alignment shifts in heavy machinery.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols. Ensure compliance with Indian Factory Act rules, Electrical Inspectorate norms, and Pollution Control Board (PCB) guidelines.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Apply 5-Why and Fishbone analysis to chronic welding machine or crane failures to eliminate repeat breakdowns.
