• Lead and oversee the Group’s overall Risk Management Framework.

• Ensure risk management is aligned with: 

  • Business strategy and objectives

  • Risk appetite

  • Regulatory requirements

  • Sound risk governance practices

• Oversee key risk areas, including: 

  • Credit Risk

  • Operational Risk

  • Model Risk

  • Liquidity Risk

  • Capital Adequacy

• Provide executive and Board-level risk reporting and strategic risk recommendations.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in: Finance, Economics, Accounting, Or other related fields

• Significant experience in Risk Management, Credit Risk, or Enterprise Risk Management within banking or financial institutions.

• Senior management experience with strong knowledge of: Credit Risk

  ,ECL, Basel III, ICAAP, Risk Models

• Strong understanding of Operational Risk, ORA, CSA, and Business Continuity Management.
