PR/120579 | Senior Legal Counsel Manager

Act as a trusted and commercially minded legal business partner, supporting manufacturing operations in Thailand and regional business activities across Asia.

Provide practical legal advice across a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, employment law, intellectual property, retail operations, marketing regulations, and compliance.

Partner with business leaders on strategic and operational projects by identifying legal risks and delivering pragmatic solutions that enable business objectives.

Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements, including procurement, supply, service, leasing, and other business-related contracts.

Support regional business expansion by advising on lease agreements, landlord negotiations, consumer-facing activities, promotional campaigns, employment matters, and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple countries to support business initiatives while mitigating legal and compliance risks.

Work with global and local compliance stakeholders on policy implementation, compliance programs, internal communications, and training initiatives.

Manage relationships with external legal counsel across different jurisdictions to ensure timely, practical, and cost-effective legal support.

Support corporate governance and company secretarial activities, including board documentation, corporate records, meeting minutes, and regulatory filings.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.

Licensed Attorney-at-Law.

Minimum 10 years of post-qualification legal experience, including experience at Manager or Senior Manager level.

Strong expertise in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, and Labour Law.

Experience in manufacturing, retail, leasing, intellectual property, marketing regulations, dispute management, and compliance matters would be advantageous.

Proven ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Strong business acumen with the ability to provide commercially practical legal advice.

Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and build relationships across different functions and cultures.

Experience working independently, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results under tight deadlines.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

Demonstrated ability to balance legal risk management with business objectives.

Interest in legal technology, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions is a plus.

Fluent in English and Thai.
