主要な日系自動車OEM・完成車メーカー向けプロジェクトを担当し、スケジュール、予算、収益性、品質、金型・設備投資、顧客マイルストーンなどを総合的に管理します。

エンジニアリング、品質、製造、営業などのチームをリードし、国内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、開発から量産までプロジェクトを推進します。自動車業界でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験と日系OEM対応経験を活かせるポジションです。

• 自動車プロジェクトの計画・管理（開発スケジュール、予算、開発費、金型費、設備投資、サンプル費用など）
• エンジニアリング、品質、製造、営業などのクロスファンクショナルチームをリード
• プロジェクトの収益性、利益率、設備投資、コストを管理
• 品質計画を調整し、顧客・社内各部門のプロジェクト要件を整合
• 製品開発における技術変更・商務上の変更を管理
• プロジェクトゲートレビューを企画・主導し、マイルストーン・成果物を管理
• 顧客・社内のマイルストーンを管理し、スケジュール、コスト、技術課題の解決を推進
• 日系自動車OEM・完成車メーカーと連携し、開発から立ち上げ・量産まで管理
• アカウントマネジメントや社内関連部門と連携し、新規ビジネス獲得・既存量産プログラムを支援

Join a leading global automotive technology supplier in Yokohama as an Automotive Program Manager, taking ownership of complex customer programs from product development through launch and serial production.

You will lead cross-functional project teams and manage critical areas including project timing, budget, profitability, quality, tooling, investment and customer milestones. Working directly with major Japanese automotive OEM customers, you will coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the complete automotive program lifecycle.

This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive project professional to combine program management, Japanese OEM customer management and cross-functional leadership within an international automotive environment.

• Prepare, maintain and manage comprehensive automotive project plans covering timing, budget, development, tooling, investment and sample costs.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate activities across engineering, quality, manufacturing, commercial and other key functions.
• Take responsibility for project profitability, margin performance, investment planning and overall cost control.
• Coordinate advanced quality planning activities and ensure project requirements are aligned between internal teams and customers.
• Manage engineering and commercial changes throughout the product development process.
• Organise and lead project gate reviews, ensuring required milestones, deliverables and customer commitments are achieved.
• Monitor internal and customer project milestones and drive corrective actions to resolve schedule, cost and technical issues.
• Work directly with Japanese automotive OEM customers throughout development, launch and serial production.
• Support new business acquisition and current production activities in close cooperation with account management and other internal teams.

• 自動車業界でのプロジェクト／プログラムマネジメント経験
• プロジェクトのスケジュール、予算、開発費、金型、設備投資、収益性の管理経験
• 日系自動車OEMとの直接の業務経験、および日本OEMの開発プロセスに関する理解
• 複雑なプロジェクトを管理し、クロスファンクショナルチームをマイルストーン達成に導いた経験

• 複数の社内外チームを束ねるステークホルダーマネジメント力
• 主体性・責任感・結果志向
• プレッシャーや優先順位の変化に柔軟に対応する力

• 日本語：ビジネスレベル以上
• 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（顧客との打ち合わせ、プロジェクト調整、交渉を行えるレベル）

• 大手日系自動車OEMの開発プロセスに関わった経験
• 外資系またはグローバルな自動車関連企業での勤務経験
• 海外勤務、海外留学、または異文化環境でのプロジェクト経験

• Strong project or program management experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven experience managing project timing, budgets, development costs, tooling, investments and profitability.
• Experience working directly with Japanese automotive OEM customers and an understanding of Japanese OEM development processes.
• Demonstrated track record of managing complex automotive projects and driving cross-functional teams toward customer and internal milestones.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical and commercial stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple internal and external teams.
• Proactive and accountable approach with a strong focus on achieving project objectives and results.
• Ability to manage pressure, competing priorities and changing project requirements.

• Ability to manage customer discussions, project coordination and negotiations in both Japanese and English.

• Experience working with major Japanese automotive OEM development processes.
• Previous experience within a global or foreign-affiliated automotive company.
• International work, study or cross-cultural project experience.
• Experience managing automotive programs across development, launch and serial production.
