In this role, you will use SQL, Python and business intelligence to analyse large datasets, automate reporting workflows and build scalable data solutions that support real-time decision-making. Working across business units, you will develop dashboards, data pipelines and reliable single-source-of-truth datasets that help stakeholders understand performance and make informed strategic decisions.

• Analyse complex sales and operational datasets to identify trends, generate strategic insights and provide actionable recommendations to business stakeholders.
• Develop SQL and Python scripts to aggregate, clean, transform and process data from multiple internal systems.
• Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards, data visualisations, automated data pipelines and single-source-of-truth datasets.
• Partner with data quality and software engineering teams to identify and resolve upstream data issues while documenting key business logic.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
• Automate reporting and analytical workflows to improve efficiency, scalability and access to business-critical information.
• Manage competing analytics priorities and deliver accurate reporting and insights within demanding timelines.

必須条件 経験・資格：

• Business Analyticsまたは関連するデータ分析業務で2年以上の実務経験
• Pythonを使用したデータ分析の実務経験2年以上
• MySQL、Microsoft SQL Server、Prestoなど、複数のデータベース環境における高度なSQLスキル
• 複雑なデータセットを分析し、ビジネス上の提案につなげた経験
• ステークホルダーの期待値を管理し、複数の業務を優先順位付けしながら、期限内に分析・レポーティングを提供した経験
• コンピューターサイエンス、応用統計学、オペレーションズ・リサーチ、工学、金融、経済学、Business Analyticsなどの関連分野における学士号

• 優れた課題設定力、論理的思考力、問題解決能力
• プロジェクト管理およびステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力
• 自ら課題を特定し、主体的に業務を推進できる方

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Analytics or a closely related data analytics role.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Python experience for data analytics.
• Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with experience working across database platforms such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server or Presto.
• Experience analysing complex datasets and translating findings into meaningful business recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations, prioritise competing requirements and deliver analytics projects within tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering, Finance, Economics or Business Analytics.

• Excellent problem-framing, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication capabilities.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously in unstructured environments.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of analytical problems from definition through delivery.
• Highly adaptable and able to iterate quickly within a fast-paced corporate environment.

• English: Fluent
• Ability to communicate analytical findings and business recommendations effectively with stakeholders in a bilingual, international environment.

• Advanced degree such as a Master of Science (MS) or MBA.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with Vertica database systems.
• Experience developing scalable reporting, dashboard or business intelligence solutions.
• Exposure to data automation and analytics within complex technology-driven organisations.
