We are seeking 360-degree Recruitment Consultants to handle both client acquisition and candidate management at a recruitment agency supporting hiring across various industries, centered on the IT and technology sectors. This position offers an opportunity to build a rewarding career while targeting high earnings in a global environment where internal communication is primarily conducted in English.

【主な業務内容/ Key Responsibilities】

企業向けアプローチ/Client-Side Approach:：

• 採用課題のヒアリング、新規・既存クライアントへの採用ソリューション提案/ Identify client hiring needs and propose recruitment solutions to both new and existing corporate clients.

求職者向けアプローチ/Candidate-Side Approach：

• スカウト発掘、面談・スクリーニング、最適な求人のご紹介および選考サポート（面接調整・アドバイス）/ Source talent via direct scouting, conduct candidate interviews and screenings, present tailored job opportunities, and provide selection support (interview scheduling and advisory).

マッチング・運用業務/ Matching & Operations：

• 求人票の作成・広報、派遣スタッフの就業フォロー（該当案件がある場合）/ Draft and publish job listings, and manage placement/onboarding follow-ups for temporary agency staff (when applicable).

以下スキル・素養をお持ちの方：

• 人材業界での営業、CAなど対顧客、求職者業務経験者、[または]
• 法人営業経験者
• 中級程度の英語力（日本語ネイティブの方の場合）
• Practical experience in the recruitment industry (as a Recruiting Advisor, Career Consultant, Temporary Staffing Sales, etc.) or B2B sales experience, [ OR ]
• B2B sales experience
• Intermediate English proficiency, if native Japanese speaking applicants

有ると望ましいスキル・経験 (Nice-to-Have Experience and Skills)

• ビジネスレベルの英語力尚可（読み書き含む）
• 日本語力（外国籍の方）
• 人材派遣営業経験者
• Business level English, including reading and writing
• Japanese proficiency (non-native Japanese applicants)
• Sales or operational experience in the temporary staffing industry.
