Our client specializes in Electronics component manufacturing business

Position:     Jr./ Sr. QLTY & Reliability Engineer (MQE)
Salary:        Negotiable
Location:    Gateway Industrial, Chachoengsao

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Lead customer complaint investigations and drive issue resolution using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other quality tools.

• Identify root causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Develop and maintain FMEA, Control Plans, Inspection Plans and APQP documentation.

• Conduct internal quality audits and manufacturing process audits.

• Support product and process qualification, validation, capability studies and MSA activities.

• Review non-conforming products and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.

• Lead quality improvement initiatives, including Six Sigma, Kaizen and continuous improvement projects.

• Conduct quality training and awareness programs for manufacturing personnel.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Polymer Engineering or related field.

• 3-5 years (Junior level) and 5-10 years (Senior level) of quality engineering experience in automotive and/or electronics manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of quality systems and methodologies, including IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D and Root Cause Analysis.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is highly preferred.

• Experience in connector products, plastic injection or automated assembly processes.

• Knowledge of SAP, Minitab, Power BI or Tableau is a plus

• Good command of English (Chinese speaking will be advantage)

• Able to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
