Farming Technician｜4 Days On/4 Days Off｜サーモン養殖・経験者

【Job Summary】

Pure Salmon Japan is seeking experienced Farming Technicians – Post-Smolt to support daily salmon farming operations at our land-based aquaculture facility in Mie, Japan.

You will monitor salmon health and welfare, maintain water quality and feeding regimes, help ensure the proper functioning of equipment and facilities, and support farm managers and supervisors.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Assist with daily farm operations, including feeding, fish health monitoring, and equipment and facility maintenance.
• Monitor and maintain water quality, environmental conditions, and feeding regimes to support optimal fish growth and health.
• Identify and report any issues related to fish health, equipment, or facilities to farm managers and supervisors.
• Assist with equipment and facility repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of production, fish health, and other relevant operational data.
• Follow farm safety and biosecurity procedures.
• Work closely with other farm technicians, supervisors, and managers.

【Employment Conditions】

• Location: Mie, Japan
• Number of openings: 6
• Annual salary: JPY 4,100,000
• Work schedule: 4 consecutive working days followed by 4 consecutive days off, with 12-hour shifts.
• Expected start date: From November 2026 onward. The joining date will be discussed during the selection process.

ピュアサーモンジャパンでは、三重県の陸上養殖施設において、海水移行後のサーモンの育成（Post-Smolt）を支える、養殖経験をお持ちの技術員を募集しています。

サーモンの健康・飼育状態の確認、水質・給餌管理、設備・施設の維持管理などを通じて、養殖部門のマネージャーや主管とともに日々の養殖業務を支えていただきます。

【主な業務内容】

• 給餌、魚の健康状態の確認、設備・施設の維持管理など、日常の養殖業務
• 魚の健全な成長を支えるための水質、飼育環境、給餌状況の確認・管理
• 魚の健康、設備、施設に関する異常の発見およびマネージャー・主管への報告
• 必要に応じた設備・施設の修理、メンテナンス補助
• 生産状況、魚の健康状態、その他の業務データの正確な記録
• 施設内の安全管理および防疫・衛生管理手順の遵守
• 他の養殖技術員、主管、マネージャーとの連携

【勤務条件】

• 勤務地：三重県
• 募集人数：6名
• 年収：410万円
• 勤務形態：4勤4休のシフト制（4日間連続勤務後、4日間休み／1シフト12時間）
• 入社時期：2026年11月以降、順次入社予定。具体的な入社日は選考時にご相談いたします。

【Required Skills and Experience】

• At least 1 year of aquaculture production experience, with a focus on salmon farming.
• Strong knowledge of salmon biology, nutrition, and health management.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and repair.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Commitment to farm safety and biosecurity procedures.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 and basic statistical analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively with other farm technicians, supervisors, and managers.

【Preferred Qualification】

• An associate degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries, Marine Biology, or a related field.

• 設備のメンテナンスおよび修理経験

• 養殖施設の安全管理および防疫・衛生管理手順を遵守できる方
• Microsoft 365の基本操作スキルおよび基礎的な統計分析スキル
• 他の養殖技術員、主管、マネージャーと協力して業務を進められる方
