Our client operates in the offshore industry and is currently looking for a suitable 

candidate for the position with the following qualifications and responsibilities:

• Total Package 60,000 - 80,000 THB/ month (Depend on experience)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering ,Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering

             or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marine Logistics ,Transport& Warehouse of Marine business

• Strong knowledge of port operations management and mechanical systems. 

• Knowledge of maintenance, troubleshooting, and machinery problem analysis. 

• Understanding of vessel operations, ship structure, maintenance activities, crane operation, and related documentation. 

• Knowledge of cargo handling processes, procedures, and operational methods for various types of cargo.

• Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality management systems, including GMP+, HACCP, and ISO 9001, with proven ability to lead, develop, and manage teams to achieve organizational objectives.

• Good command in English and can communicate with Oversea Customers.

Job description

• Planned cargo discharge operations (Tonnage Planning) and selected suitable floating cranes based on vessel specifications and cargo types. 

• Analyzed operational requirements and managed the utilization of cranes, barges, and cargo handling equipment to ensure optimum efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

• Monitored operational productivity and resolved on-site issues to ensure smooth, accurate, and timely cargo handling activities. 

• Coordinated with vessel operators, customers, and port-related stakeholders to achieve operational targets and service commitments. 

• Oversaw equipment performance and maintenance readiness to minimize operational disruptions.

• Experienced in managing and overseeing cargo handling operations and heavy equipment utilization to achieve maximum operational efficiency. 

• Responsible for maintenance strategy planning to ensure machinery reliability and availability, coordinating with internal departments, external parties, and customers to support business operations. 

• Coordinated with Agents, Surveyors, Shippers, and Lighter Operators to plan vessel arrivals and cargo handling operations. 

Received and reviewed customer orders, assessed operational capacity
