About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounting Manager to take ownership of the company’s overall finance and accounting activities in Thailand.

This role will oversee P&L management, AP/AR, cash flow, payments, budgeting, cost control, and financial planning, while partnering closely with the General Manager, operational teams, and overseas stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be commercially minded, comfortable working across a broad scope of responsibilities, and able to provide meaningful financial insights to support business growth and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall finance and accounting operations

• Manage and analyze P&L performance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Oversee AP, AR, payment processes, and financial controls

• Manage cash flow and liquidity to support business operations

• Monitor costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and financial improvement

• Prepare financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making

• Partner with commercial and operational teams on costing and financial planning

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

• Coordinate with regional and overseas stakeholders on finance-related matters

• Support finance projects and continuous process improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields

• Solid experience in Finance and/or Accounting, ideally at Senior, Assistant Manager, or Manager level

• Strong hands-on knowledge of P&L, AP/AR, cash flow, budgeting, and financial controls

• Background in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or related industries would be an advantage

• Good command of English for communication with international stakeholders

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-partnering skills

• Hands-on, flexible, and able to manage a broad scope of responsibilities

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced international business environment.
