Overview

Our client is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager for a fast-growing hospitality operator with multiple properties in prime riverside locations in the Kansai region. This deputy role offers a clear path to Hotel Manager, encompassing operations, revenue, guest experience, and leadership responsibilities, with the unique opportunity to build systems from the ground up as part of an opening team. The position includes competitive salary with biannual bonuses, reduced overtime hours, and genuine internal mobility across multiple properties.

主な責任:

• ホテルマネージャー不在時にホテル運営を主導する
• 開業段階からホテルの運営システムを開発・実施する
• スーパーバイザーやエージェントを含む8名以上のフロントオフィスチームを管理する
• ホテルスタッフ向けの標準作業手順書（SOP）を作成・改訂する
• ゲストの体験を監督し、ゲスト対応の問題を解決する
• 研修プログラムとスタッフ育成の取り組みを推進する
• 収益管理および商業販売戦略を支援する
• ナイトオーディットを調整し、正確な財務報告を確保する

要件:

• 流暢な英語力と日常会話レベルの日本語能力
• ホテルのフロントオフィスおよび管理職での5年以上の経験
• 標準作業手順書（SOP）の作成および改訂の経験
• 8名以上のスタッフチームを管理した実績のあるリーダーシップ
• ゲスト体験管理およびゲストリレーションの知識
• ナイトオーディットおよびホテル収益管理システムの経験
• Operaなどのホテルプロパティマネジメントシステム（PMS）に精通
• ホテルスタッフ向けの研修プログラムの開発および実施能力
• ホスピタリティの収益および商業販売戦略の理解
• 複数施設または多様な形式のホスピタリティ運営での勤務経験
• 関西地域内での転居および柔軟な勤務時間に対応可能な意欲

福利厚生:

• 月額基本給389,000円
• 年2回、2か月分の給与に相当するボーナス
• 月間残業時間を17～24時間に削減
