Our client is seeking a Senior Distribution Manager to build and own the distribution strategy for an international hotel brand's expansion in Japan. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the entire channel mix, partnerships, and pricing approach from the ground up, directly influencing the brand's growth in the Japanese market. 主な責任:

• 日本市場向けの流通戦略を毎年策定し、責任を持つ
• 主要な国内OTAパートナーとの関係を交渉・管理する
• 強い需要を持つ新しい流通パートナーを特定し、導入する
• ホテルの開業前のデジタルおよび流通活動を監督する
• ランキング、キャンセル、レビュー、価格設定を含むパフォーマンスデータを監視する
• すべてのチャネルで料金の均一性を管理し、収益の漏れを防止する
• 国際本社および地域チームと連携して戦略の整合性を図る
• 日本人旅行者の予約行動を分析し、流通アプローチを最適化する
• 流通ポートフォリオの拡大を主導し、それに応じてチームを成長させる

要件:

• ホテルのデジタルまたはOTA関連の職務で3～5年の経験（必須）
• ネイティブレベルの日本語能力（必須）
• ビジネスレベルの英語能力（必須）
• 高度なExcelスキル（必須）
• SQL、Googleアナリティクス、またはTableauの経験（あれば望ましいが必須ではない）
• OTAパートナーとの強力な交渉スキル
• 市場投入用の流通戦略を立案し、責任を持って推進する能力
• 料金均衡管理および収益漏れ防止の知識
• ホテルの開業前のデジタルおよび流通活動の経験
• 日本人旅行者の予約行動および市場動向に関する知識
