Position: Operations Manager

Salary: 80,000 - 100,000 THB
Location: Everland Factory 22, Nakhon Pathom
Product: Wire Harness, Automotive Parts

Responsibilities:
•    Assist in overseeing daily factory operations, including production planning, material flow, site 
management, efficiency improvement, and cost control. 
•    Monitor production progress, quality output, equipment utilization, and manpower arrangement 
to ensure on-time delivery. 
•    Drive process optimization, site improvement (5S/Lean), capacity enhancement, and abnormality 
resolution. 
•    Coordinate with production, QC, logistics, purchasing, and other departments to ensure smooth 
and efficient operation. 
•    Manage operational data, report analysis, target tracking, and implementation of improvement 
plans. 
•    Assist in establishing department rules, operating procedures, and safety management 
requirements. 
•    Complete other operation-related tasks assigned by superiors.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Mechanical, 
Electronic, or related field. 
•    10 years of operation / production management experience in manufacturing; wire harness, 
electronics, or automotive parts industry preferred. 
•    Familiar with production planning, site management, lean production, efficiency improvement, 
and cost control. 
•    Strong data analysis, cross-departmental coordination, and problem-solving skills. 
•    Responsible, proactive, execution-oriented, able to work under pressure. 
•    Fluent in English (working language)
