Head of Strategy Planning & Project Delivery (IT Infrastructure)

The Head of Strategy Planning & Project Delivery is responsible for leading the strategic planning, governance, and delivery of multi-million $ diverse portfolio of complex, enterprise-scale Infrastructure and Technology initiatives. This role serves as a key partner to senior stakeholders across global and regional organizations, including CIOs, CTOs, and Business Executives, driving alignment between technology investments and business objectives while ensuring the successful execution of critical strategic programs.

Leading a team of Project and Program Management professionals, the position is accountable for establishing delivery excellence, portfolio governance, and effective stakeholder engagement across multiple workstreams. The role also plays a pivotal leadership function in the financial management of the Japan CTO organization, overseeing investment planning, budgeting, resource allocation, financial performance tracking, and portfolio optimization.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of strategic leadership, large-scale program delivery expertise, financial acumen, and organizational influence. They will be capable of driving transformation initiatives, managing competing priorities, and delivering measurable outcomes within a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed multinational environment.

Proven track records of leading large IT Infrastructure project in end-to-end, from project initiation, defining scope and objectives, timelines, and success criteria and business cases.

10+ years of experience in Global and multi-national IT organization, in the role of either strategy planning, project management.

Strong executive communication skills and writing/reporting capability ? able to produce concise, structured reports and presentations, synthesize complex data into clear insights, and manage proactive issue/risk escalation.
