Our client specializes in fishing equipment manufacturing business

Position:     Production Control Staff
Salary:        30,000 - 35,000 THB
Location:    Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate, Pathum Tani

Key Responsibilities of the position:

• Monitor and control daily production activities to ensure output meets production schedules, delivery commitments, quality standards and operational KPIs.

• Plan and optimize manpower, machinery, materials and production capacity while proactively identifying and mitigating potential bottlenecks or production risks.

• Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Warehouse, Maintenance and Production teams to ensure smooth workflow and uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

• Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production, equipment and process issues, implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and standard operating procedures, including oversight of machinery, electrical systems and plating processes.

Qualifications required:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical) or any related field.

• At least 3 years of production control experience, preferably in industrial machinery operation and maintenance.

• Solid understanding of industrial electrical systems, circuitry and electrical safety standards.

• Proven experience managing electroplating, chemical baths, metallurgy and surface finishing processes.

• Exceptional ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults under pressure.

• Good communication skills in both Thai and English.

• Able to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.

• Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities.
