Job Description
Localize game content from English and Japanese into Thai, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural relevance.
Collaborate with Japanese stakeholders to align localization output with project objectives and player expectations.
Support localization operations and project implementation based on requirements from HQ in Japan.
Research and apply game-related terminology and cultural context to deliver high-quality translations.
Manage communication and workflow with external localization vendors to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
RequirementStrong bilingual communication skills in both Japanese (JLPT N2-N1 level) and English, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders and Japanese headquarters.
Experienced in content localization and cross-cultural communication, with a solid understanding of Thai language nuances, cultural context, and audience expectations.
Familiar with coordinating multiple stakeholders, including external vendors and translation partners, to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality deliverables.
Passionate about gaming and Japanese pop culture, with the ability to accurately convey the original meaning, tone, and user experience through localized content.
