Qualifications:    

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, distribution, warehousing, or supply chain operations, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry. 

• Hands-on experience managing OEM customer delivery requirements and schedules is highly preferred. 

• Strong understanding of delivery planning, inventory management, transportation coordination, and logistics processes. 

• Proven leadership capabilities with excellent problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills. 

• Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Chinese will be considered an advantage. 

• Experience working with SAP, ERP systems, or other supply chain management software is preferred.

Job description

• Oversee and manage end-to-end delivery operations to ensure products are delivered to customers accurately and on schedule. 

• Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Logistics, Quality Assurance, and Sales teams to meet customer delivery requirements and business objectives. 

• Monitor customer orders, delivery plans, inventory levels, and shipment progress to ensure efficient and seamless operations. 

• Investigate, address, and resolve delivery-related issues, including shipment delays, shortages, discrepancies, and customer complaints. 

• Establish, track, and analyze key delivery performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time Delivery (OTD), delivery accuracy, and logistics efficiency. 

• Coordinate with logistics service providers, transportation partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth and cost-effective distribution activities. 

• Analyze operational challenges and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to continuously improve delivery performance. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, industry standards, and applicable transportation and logistics regulations. 

• Lead, coach, and develop the logistics and delivery team to enhance operational excellence, productivity, and employee performance.
