Position:                      Facility & Utility Manager

Salary:                         100,000 – 150,000 THB / Month

Welfares:                     Bonus, PVF, Health Insurance, Transportation and others                               

Location:                       Amata City, Chonburi

Working Day:               Only Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple facilities, including operations and maintenance, project management, cleaning and gardening, canteen services, reception, transportation, and subcontractor management.

• Manage all facility and utility systems to support production requirements, ensuring timely delivery, safety, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Optimize workplace space utilization to maximize value and productivity for employees.

• Oversee vendor and supplier selection, making recommendations based on commercial and technical factors aligned with company needs.

• Prepare and manage budgets to ensure efficient and effective resource usage.

• Drive implementation of quality systems, including procedures and work instructions.

• Coordinate with all departments to support company development initiatives.

Qualifications:                         

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Minimum of 15 years in Facilities & Utilities, including Occupational Health, Environment, and Safety within a manufacturing environment (electronics manufacturing preferred).

• At least 5 years in a managerial role at the Manager level.

• Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing). 

• Japanese language ability is an advantage.

• Strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and proven leadership capabilities.
