PR/118333 | QA Engineer (Korean Speaking)

Responsibilities
1. Handle customer complaints, customer claims, and quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
2. Prepare and submit 8D reports to customers and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
3. Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Process, Project, and other related departments to resolve quality issues.
4. Support customer audits, customer visits, and quality improvement activities.
5. Monitor and analyze product quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
6. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
7. Ensure product and process quality comply with customer requirements and company quality standards.
8. Support the implementation of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and other quality tools.
9. Prepare quality reports and follow up on quality issues with internal teams and customers.
 

Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
2. 3–5 years of experience in Quality within the automotive parts industry, preferably with a Tier 1 supplier.
3. Experience handling OEM customer complaints and claims.
4. Strong knowledge of 8D, Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and IATF 16949.
