We are looking for a strong bilingual writer with exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both Japanese and English.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience in journalism, media or content writing, with a proven ability to create original, engaging, hand-written content for a real estate, finance or investment business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the content strategy and content calendar.
• Generate unique, original and engaging content in Japanese and English.
• Research and write articles, market content and website copy.
• Use strong storytelling skills to communicate ideas, insights and expertise.
• Publish and manage content using WordPress.
• Apply SEO principles while maintaining the quality, originality and integrity of the writing.
• Stay informed of developments in GEO and AI search, adapting content strategies and practices as requirements evolve.
• Use Google Search Console, GA4 and Semrush to monitor performance and identify content opportunities.
• Assist with other tasks of the Marketing Department as required.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills in both Japanese and English.
• Proven professional experience in journalism, media or content writing.
• Proven experience developing and implementing a content strategy.
• Experience in real estate, finance or investment.
• Proficient in WordPress, Google Search Console, GA4 and Semrush.
• Strong understanding of SEO and keyword research.
• Willingness and ability to adapt to the evolving requirements of GEO and AI-powered search.
