Manufacturing Operator | US Global Mfr (Noda, Chiba)

We're hiring Manufacturing Operators for a US-affiliated global manufacturer's plant in Noda, Chiba. This is a permanent role: day-shift only (no night work), no relocation transfers, and a schedule built around weekends and public holidays off.

Pay is roughly ¥3.76M–¥5.29M a year depending on experience and skills. Overtime is usually under about five hours a month. Shifts are daytime rotation (for example early starts such as 06:00–14:00). Commuting by private car is required; the exact plant address is shared during the hiring process.

Day to day you'll keep production moving: prepare and measure materials, support filling and packing, keep records, do basic equipment checks, and follow 5S and safety routines. You don't need a chemistry degree. Training and on-the-job coaching are part of the role — but this is still physical plant work, so prior experience in a hands-on job is required (factory, warehouse/logistics, construction site, delivery, fitness, or similar).

Japanese at JLPT N2 or above is required so you can follow spoken and written work instructions on site.

Noda sits about 50 minutes from Ueno by train for orientation, but daily commute is by car. People living in nearby cities (Kashiwa, Matsudo, Nagareyama, Abiko, Toride, Moriya, Tsukubamirai, Kasukabe, Koshigaya and similar) often make the drive.
