Job Responsibilities
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including invoicing, payment processing, and collection follow-up.
Prepare monthly financial reports, Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal control procedures.
Monitor tax filing activities and coordinate with auditors during year-end audits.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate accounting records using the Winspeed Accounting System.
Prepare management reports and collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Japanese manufacturing company.
Strong knowledge of AP, AR, taxation, and financial reporting.
Intermediate level of English communication or above.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
