Job Title:                       Japanese Speaking Sales - Plastic/Polymer Industry (JLPTN2+)

Location:                        Khlong Luang, Pathum Thani

Job Type:                       Full-time, Monday – Friday from 8:00 - 17:00 (1-2 Saturday/Month)

Requirements:

• Bachelot’s Degree in any field.

• Hands-on experience in B2B Sales within manufacturing industry.

• Familiar with color/resin compounds – plastic colorants, masterbatch or similar products will be highly advantage. 

• Willing to do sales tasks.

• Proficient in English (minimum intermediate level).

• Proficient in Japanese (JLPTN2 or Business level or equivalent).

Responsibilities:

• Maintain good relationship with the existing clients (100%). Onsite visitation ~1 time/week.

• Oversee end-to-end sales process from gathering requirements to product shipment. 

  • Coordinate with internal departments such as Production, QA, etc.

  • Handle and review sales and production related documents.

  • Support in customer inquiries and complaints process. 

• Coaching and guiding junior team members. 

• Managing and monitoring sales plans and improve sales target. 

• Interpretation support for Sales Team (Thai staffs) and Japanese Management (only 10% of the responsibility).

• Other tasks as assigned.
