Job Responsibilities 

• Location: work from home, territory Johor. 

• To meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities.

• To develop new distributors and wholesalers, ultimately convert them into customers, and continue to grow business in the future.

• To maintain existing distributors and wholesalers, builds key customer relationships by sharing products information and identifies
  business opportunities for business expansion.

• To assist and support for new product developments in order to meet customer needs.

• To lead, develop, manage sales team to ensure sales processes and activities are carry out effectively.

• To monitor collections.

• To identify opportunities for campaigns, events, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.

Job Requirements 

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies, marketing or its equivalent. 

• 3-5 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the food consumer goods (FMCG) industry. 

• Good communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Possesses own transport and keen to travel to KL for meeting occasionally.
