【ミッション】
米国本社のエンタープライズ／SaaSプラットフォームにおいて、Javaを中心とした開発・機能強化・保守を担い、本番稼働システムの安定運用、トラブルシュート、再発防止、およびグローバル技術チームとの協働を通じて、プロダクト品質と顧客価値を継続的に高める。

【主な業務】
- 大規模エンタープライズ／SaaSプラットフォームの設計・開発・機能強化（主にJava）
- 本番稼働システムの保守・サポート、インシデント対応、根本原因分析（RCA）、再発防止策の実装
- 技術ドキュメント（英語を含む）を読み解き、仕様・設計・運用判断に反映
- グローバルな技術チームとの協働（非同期／ドキュメントベースの連携を含む）
- コード品質、テスト、リリース／運用プロセスへの貢献
- 顧客向けテクニカルサポートへの技術的支援、レガシー近代化・移行プロジェクトへの参画
- シニアエンジニアとして一貫したその他の関連業務

This is a Senior Java seat at a US-headquartered enterprise software / SaaS company: develop, enhance, and maintain a large production platform, including live support, root-cause analysis, and preventative fixes. Not greenfield only. Hands-on production craft matters as much as feature delivery.

- Package: up to approx. JPY 11,000,000 (based on skills and experience)
- Working style: hybrid (office + remote flexibility where agreed; not a fully remote guarantee)
- Language: business / fluent Japanese; English mainly for reading technical docs (conversational English not required)
- Location: Kanto / Tokyo area

【Mission】
Contribute to a US-headquartered enterprise / SaaS platform as a Senior Java engineer — develop and enhance features, maintain production systems, troubleshoot and prevent issues, and partner with global technical teams to continuously raise product quality and customer value.
【Key responsibilities】
- Design, develop, and enhance a large enterprise / SaaS platform (primarily Java)
- Maintain and support live production systems; handle incidents; perform RCA; implement preventative fixes
- Read and apply English technical documentation to design, build, and operational decisions
- Collaborate with global technical teams, including async / documentation-driven collaboration
- Contribute to code quality, testing, and release / operations practices
- Technical support for customer-facing issues; modernization / migration work
- Other duties consistent with a senior engineering role

【Compensation】
- Package: up to approx. JPY 11,000,000 (based on experience and skills)

【必須】
- ソフトウェア開発経験 5年以上
- Java における高い実務スキル（設計・実装・保守）
- 本番稼働システムの保守・サポート経験
- トラブルシューティング／問題解決能力
- エンタープライズまたはSaaSプロダクトでの開発・運用経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語（ネイティブ／N1相当が望ましい）
- 英語の技術ドキュメント読解力（会話英語は必須ではない）

【尚可】
- Spring / Spring Boot
- JavaScript
- クラウド（AWS / Azure / GCP 等のいずれか）
- 顧客接点のあるテクニカルサポート経験

【Required】
- 5+ years software development experience
- Strong Java (design, implementation, maintenance)
- Experience maintaining / supporting live production systems
- Strong troubleshooting / problem-solving
- Enterprise or SaaS product experience
- Business / fluent Japanese (native / N1-equivalent preferred)
- Ability to read English technical documentation (conversational English not required)
