【You will be mainly accountable for】
・Driving the definition and implementation of global standards and business specific guidelines to ensure continuous improvement in financial control process within your area of responsibility.
・Leading providing guidance and facilitating best practices to ensure alignment and consistency of controlling practices.
・Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant internal local and global customers to identify and discuss issues for improvement of operations work quality and efficiency for your area of responsibility.
・Securing transparency in financial reporting and disclosures.

【Qualifications for the role】
・Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
・Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial controlling reporting and business partnering preferably with multinational company.
・Strong experience in business planning forecasting financial analysis and performance management.
・Solid knowledge of SAP SAP BW with advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
・Strong collaboration problem solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
・Business level proficiency in English （verbal and written） and native level in Korean fluency.
・CPA/CA qualification would be an advantage
