About the Opportunity

A leading Global Real-assets Investment Platform is seeking a Fund & Portfolio Management Manager to join its Korea investment platform.

This position offers direct exposure to senior leadership, institutional investors, fund performance management, portfolio strategy, investor reporting, capital transactions, and real estate investment management across a diverse portfolio of real assets. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting fund performance, portfolio optimization, investor relations, and strategic decision-making across multiple investment platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and drive performance across multiple investment platforms and portfolios.

• Develop and oversee annual business plans and budget processes.

• Review and enhance asset-level business strategies alongside Asset Management teams.

• Manage fund cash flow models, projections, capital calls, and dividend distributions.

• Lead preparation of quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reporting for institutional investors.

• Work closely with investors and maintain long-term investor relationships.

• Support fundraising activities, investor presentations, and new investment initiatives.

• Partner with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Finance, and ESG teams to optimize portfolio performance.

• Participate in asset acquisition, financing, and portfolio management activities.

Key Requirements

• 5–7+ years of relevant experience in fund, investment, asset, or portfolio management.

• Experience working with institutional or global investors.

• Strong understanding of fund structures, cash flow modelling, and investment operations.

• Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities.

• Native-level Korean and business-fluent English communication skills.

Preferred, professionals with experience in:

• Real Estate Private Equity (REPE)

• Fund Management, Portfolio Management

• Investor Relations, Investment Management

• Asset Management. Real Estate Investment

• Infrastructure / Logistics Real Estate / Institutional Investment Platforms
